For Hit&Yum’s second level, I created the assets and sprites for all of the objects in the environment, as well as designed and placed them into the premade stage. The idea for our second stage was to increase the difficulty by having more chefs work around each of the small areas. I also limited the number of tables or obstacles to give the player a much more rushed feeling when trying to circle each area of the level. This made it much harder for the player to completely dodge one chef or made it easier for two or more chefs to corner the player. The theme of this level was a pizzeria, and through the use of a colour change of many of level 1’s assets, I was able to save time in making the rest of the assets needed for the level. This included a few special objects like pizza ovens, workstations, and food.
